I developed the strategy, positioning, market segmentation, go-to-market, product planning, product road map, channel marketing, marketing communications, lead generation, advertising, branding, pricing, international marketing program for the re-launch of ProStor's data archive storage system. Coming out of the 2008 global financial collapse, traditional positioning as an archive appliance through large regional resellers didn't work as the entrenched and focused on major brands. Repositioning the brand to provide storage and backup optimization in select target markets through two tier distribution immediately began doubling sales quarter to quarter.

I was on the executive team and helped launched the company handling all aspects of marketing and teaming closely with the CEO and VP Sales to create strategic partnerships. Built the company and product brand identity; created the company website, collateral, and positioning from the beginning; was the company spokes person handling all aspects of marketing communications with the press and analysts; built a team of product marketing, product development, channels, marcom, and alliance professionals; and supported VC funding and acquisition activities.
