• CSCF, IPWorks and SBC operations and support.• Responsible for Upgrades and operations to all IMS core nodes (CSCF, IPWorks, SBG and BGF) with functional acceptance and health checks.• SES (Secure Entitlement Server) operations and support.• Handling of CSRs with the Customers

• Installation computer servers, ceph servers(Storage) and deployment of virtualization platforms such as TECS Openstack, CloveStorage, NFVO and VNFM.• Deployment and configurations of IMS nodes (ASBC, ISBC, CSCF, SSS, HSS, MRFP, CG, AGCF...)• Responsible for Upgrades and operations to all IMS core nodes (ASBC, ISBC, CSCF, SSS, HSS, MRFP, CG, AGCF.) with functional acceptance and health checks.• Acceptance system tests with costumer. • Test Lab Installation, Deployment and Configuration• Subscriber Migration• Handling of Tickets with the Customers.• Voice Protocols including SIP, Diameter and H248Technologies:- IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem)- Linux- Virtualization ( TECS Openstack, Clove Storage (CEPH) , NFVO , VNFM)- Cloud ComputingWorking Method:- To provide technical support to communications customers by using effective decision making and problem-solvingskills. - Identify and resolve application and platform related configuration, software issues reported from customer sites.- Fast troubleshooting. - Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective. - Following customer SLAs and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction. - Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule. - Analyzing and interpreting packages using related protocols.- Working closely with customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions.Protocols : TCP/IP , Voice Protocols including SIP, Diameter and H248 .
