The Global Technology Service - Infrastructure Service business unit of IBM gave birth to Kyndryl in September 2021, and I was transferred to work for Kyndryl in the same role that I had previously held at IBM. I had been employed with Kyndryl to May's end of 2023.

The last job title is Service Integration Leader (from Sep 2016 to Aug’s end of 2021)I formally started my career in the IT industry for the first time, and I had to start over from scratch. Beginning with IT end-user support, my assignment gave me the opportunity to develop the communication and technical IT abilities I needed to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.After two years, my manager assigned me the role of Service Delivery Manager, where I was also responsible for overseeing a large number of IT outsourcing clients and acting as the unofficial team leader for a small group of on-site support engineers. After serving in that capacity for five years (as of 2016), I was formally promoted to manager and given charge of managing a 15-person service delivery team. I oversaw IBM Vietnam's internal IT infrastructure and commercial outsourcing clients. - As a People Manager, I managed and developed the WISH Team by building the team working culture for team members so that they can work on any challenges, encourage team members to develop the new skills for keeping their ability always up to date to catch up all new opportunities, then contribute to the success of the business. - As a Service Delivery Manager, I managed to deliver the best IT service quality to our clients by keeping the customer’s satisfaction rated always higher than 80% bases on Service Level Agreement that signed with the clients and IT budget with saving IT operation expense 5% year on year. The team member obtained valuable feedback and an award in recognition of the client’s success. - As a project manager, I was able to complete the project on time while collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure that everyone was working as ONE TEAM. I managed to keep the client relationships positive over the long term by putting their needs first and paying attention to how we could turn their challenges into opportunities to help the clients succeed.
