I lead our Mentorship & Resources programming at ICE and manage our team in co-delivering the Indigenous Off-Diesel Initiative (IODI) with Natural Resources Canada. In our Mentorship & Resources group, we design and deliver a wide range of essential services for participants across all our capacity-building programs. I established these programs to balance the strong demand for collaboration and learning with the demands of driving innovation across our fast-expanding roster of ICE programs. I led the establishment, centralization, and growth of these programs and continue to drive collaboration through innovation. Through the IODI program, I oversee community teams participating in ICE programs such as the 20/20 Catalysts Program or the Bringing It Home project accelerator; supporting teams through community energy planning and project implementation. As each team progresses in their local energy planning and projects, I cultivate mentorship connections, coordinate with ICE collaborators, and provide guidance on their clean energy initiatives. Supporting communities across Canada, I help navigate challenges and celebrate their successes along the way.

Lumos Energy is Canada’s leading Clean Energy Advisor to Indigenous communities. Lumos provides trusted, qualified, and expert advice to First Nations, Métis and Inuit leaders and communities to finalize participation and partnerships in hydro, solar, wind, biomass, community energy planning, geothermal, and transmission projects.My pinnacle project with Lumos was as a contributing author of the Arctic Community Energy Planning & Implementation (ACEPI) toolkit. The project was led by Gwitch'in Council International and was unanimously endorsed by the Arctic Council's Sustainable Development Working Group as a pan-arctic guide for clean energy planning and development. The project was published in 2019, and in addition to the work that it supported across the North, it also accelerated work being led by remote and islanded power system communities across sub-Saharan Africa and South America.

• Management of a multidisciplinary team for the delivery of custom SharePoint intranet portals and .Net public websites. Projects include custom enterprise solutions using SharePoint 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online, Office 365, .Net websites, system migrations and upgrades, and organization-wide implementations;• Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget using agile and waterfall project methodologies throughout the IT Project Lifecycle, typically running several projects concurrently with staggered schedules;• Management of resource allocation to projects and assigned/scheduled tasks to track status, budget and schedule using Assembla;• Responsible for internal and external reporting pertaining to schedules, resourcing and budgets for open projects and prospect estimates;• Primary client contact representing the company for open and legacy projects;• Front line staff management with team-focused culture greatly promoted;• Reinstated weekly standup production meetings to update senior staff of project status with all staff present to generate improved communication across the organization;• Implemented several internal projects for the benefit of the organization’s digital assets and the professional development of the technical team; and• Designed and oversaw implementation of a client-facing issue reporting tool using SharePoint 2013 for the improved efficiency and communication between the core technical team and the client.
