It also aims to… Show more CTC-COOP/iTC-F is a non-profitable Mozambican organization, with the mission to complement Government of Mozambique’s efforts on the implementation of the Land Law, with regard to the protection of rural communities’ rights over land and other natural resources, and promoting economic development through partnerships between communities and investors.The UPT, aims to build and provide CTC-COOP / iTC-F with technical capacity to respond to internal and external requirements. It also aims to develop strategic conditions for the organization’s sustainability. The unit focused on (i) institutional improvement and development; (ii) organizational sustainability; (iii) systematization and dissemination of lessons learned, including policy studies and advocacy. As such, it operates as a learning and knowledge centre, where the information produced in the various organizational areas of CTC-COOP / iTC-F is processed and analysed and then returned with recommendations for improvement. The unit also recommends training programs and / or updating of methods/methodologies and instruments when necessary.He undertakes the management of all processes and projects within the unit, including (i) design and management of new projects; (ii) analysis of management processes; (iii) efficiency analysis; (iv) monitoring and evaluation; and (v) quality management.
