It also aims to develop strategic conditions for the organization’s sustainability. The unit focused on (i) institutional improvement and development; (ii) organizational sustainability; (iii) systematization and dissemination of lessons learned, including policy studies and advocacy. As such, it operates as a learning and knowledge centre, where the information produced in the various organizational areas of CTC-COOP / iTC-F is processed and analysed and then returned with recommendations for improvement. The unit also recommends training programs and / or updating of methods/methodologies and instruments when necessary.He undertakes the management of all processes and projects within the unit, including (i) design and management of new projects; (ii) analysis of management processes; (iii) efficiency analysis; (iv) monitoring and evaluation; and (v) quality management.
