-Provide Level 3 support, monitor and take preventive and corrective actions-Implement the requested changes linked to tollouts, enhancements and upgrades-Define test cases and execute SIT and/or UAT - support the Service Lines in test execution-Maintain the Knowledge Base content regarding C2R tools, processes and RUN activities-Provide on demand analysis and report on the Global Business Services performance

- Business continuity plan (BCP) ownership- Making Change management reports in Excel and Power BI fromJIRA and Easy Redmine- Creating process maps in Visio- Handling Change management statistics, reports and training sites inSharepoint- Hosting CAB meetings and post CAB activities- Internal and External Audit (PCI-DSS, SOX, ISO-27001)- Keeping close contact with other colleagues across the globe- Identifying, assessing and analyzing any potential business processchanges with the project implementation- Database management and creating SQL queries

- Onboarding new customers and departments- Supervision of change management processes- Preparing ad hoc reports- Assisting in the final phase of transition projects- Participating in CAB meetings- Change verification and JIRA administration
