As the company was growing rapidly, I was asked to look internally to support our growth by working alongside the Head of UK Delivery to deliver change across the business.Responsibilities included:- Creation and management of BI & MI Analytics dashboards within Power BI- Change control for our key CRM & PSA applications- Deploy and implement a new ATS (Applicant Tracking Software) across the business globally, retiring 3 legacy products.- Driving efficiencies and process improvements across our resource management

Within this role I've worked with one of the top four global commodities trading companies, with a team of over 35 BJSS individuals and approximately 30+ client representatives. The project piece of work was focused on maintaining and enhancing their legacy 30 year old trading platform.As a delivery manager I was brought onto this client/project to focus on driving efficiencies within the project delivery focusing largely on release & change management.Responsibilities included:- Change management- Release management- Environment mangement- Dependency analysis- Cherry picking items into/out of releases- Delivery planning- Metric reporting- OOH / Oncall support for releasesFollowing this 2 year piece of work I was involved in the project management of transitioning some services to another vendor, forming together the knowledge transfer and shadowing activities leading to a successful handover.

My time at BJSS was spent providing general project support for Project Managers on a number of different projects, work to include: Collating and reviewing the project metrics across all live projects.Creation of a Project Delivery Site on SharePoint to hold information on all the current and previous projects.Key member of the delivery team for the creation of an internal site focusing on the management style used within the company – ‘Enterprise Agile’Assisting project managers and project teams in the production of project documentationOrganising meetings and workshops, taking and distributing minutesGeneral liaising with stakeholders, project managers and project team members and suppliers as required.Other duties as required by the project managers

essentialApp is Essential Applications flag ship product. The product is an online tablet, mobile and web application builder. essentialApp allows a user to use drag and drop to build an enterprise tablet or mobile app with no coding. The web based design interface allows the user to design multiple types of menus, lists, views and forms utilising common terms for the data items such as Address, WebURL, email etc. essentialApp is built on top of the mobilecoded Backend as a Service, which delivers data storage, messaging and other essential mobile services. During my time at Essential Applications I worked on requirements gathering for the mobile application, defining form and data types and defining the core set of capabilities. I spent time interviewing potential users in order to get the correct mix of capabilities for the initial launch.
