• Creating a demonstration of multi-domain operational planning functionality in support of R&D to advance the ground segment capabilities of Boeing Defense and Space. The demo will leverage Open Mission System (OMS) standards and the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI) to integrate an existing air domain operational planner with exiting space domain tactical planning services in a containerized runtime environment.• Developing an OMS compliant C++ service to translate between the UCI message set and a proprietary message set used by the space domain tactical planning services. Drafted formal functional and non-functional requirements for the service to enable focused development and testing.• Identified driving parameters and usage of the subset of UCI messages required for the demonstration. Documented this information in UML sequence diagrams and tiered system models.• Established the shared development and continuous integration environment with controls required to host Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Created a Jenkins job to build, test, and publish software artifacts from Java and C++ source code hosted in GitLab. Built new and existing applications into Docker containers. Submitted waivers to allow the team to use non-standard 3rd party and open-source tools.

Presented changes and documentation to program leadership and customer representatives.• Created plugins for test harnesses used in the development and formal testing of endpoints on the SDK. The plugins were critical in enabling the on-time delivery of error free software on a quarterly basis.• Participated in program increment planning activities as defined by SAFe. Decomposed features into stories, developed acceptance criteria, and provided story point estimates. Drafted accurate plans based on the stories, risks, and cross team dependencies. Executed plans to 90-100% completion regularly.
