Program manager for the US Army OneSAF program – a six year IDIQ $103m capability development and production support contract. OneSAF is a Government owned, Open Source constructive simulation that models the behavior of organizations, personnel and equipment for the US Army and other services. OneSAF supports all six Army modelling and simulation (M&S) communities, in addition to other Government organizations and foreign military sales (FMS). Development on the program is conducted following an Agile development methodology where discrete schedule milestones (including regular full and tailored SW releases) must be met. Overall responsibility for technical, schedule and financial performance of a 60+ person development and support team, including major and minor subcontractors.

Lead for management volume of winning proposal for $100m+ Army constructive simulation construct (Riptide’s first Army constructive simulation contract and the largest prime contract in Riptide’s history). Program Manager, Combined Arms Command and Control Trainer System (CACCTUS), 9/1/11 - 10/31/14Responsible for managing a $20m+, multi-subcontractor development, deployment and support team for the CACCTUS program – a constructive simulation training system for the Marine Corps. The program included substantial new software development using a modified Agile development methodology and multiple discrete site deployments annually to five CONUS and OCONUS USMC bases while providing concurrent 24x7 support. ILS scope included responsibility for tracking over $5m in GFE distributed across all five sites in addition to the development and test lab. All program milestones (technical, budget and schedule), including training and documentation deliverables were achieved or exceeded during the course of the contract.
