Responsible of work permits applications for, scaffolding works permit and fire work permit. Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and seek new potential clients for new projects.

- In charge of TTS Air Conditioning workshop. Daily monitoring and planning of a technical team of five Grade 1 air conditioning and cold room technicians. In charge of all site surveys, site inspections, job commissioning, all technical issues, troubleshooting, quotations, follow up of quotations, advertising, costing, purchasing, purchase orders follow up, tools and equipment inventories and also meet new potential clients
