Direct all aspects of engineering process for custom and standard products.Assist in product definition requiring engagement and collaboration with key customers and channel partners, along with internal sales and marketing.Define new product features sets, cost targets, project budgets and schedules.Continuously improve engineering processes and systems.

Manage daily activities for the Product & Support group. Provide technical assistance for key customers. Voice customer concerns and requirements to the development team. Assist in technical training for employees, customers and outside sales. Work directly with sales, marketing, engineering, test, and production groups to meet customer requirements and marketed product releases. Maintain existing product lines. Specify new products/features for hardware and software.
