Visiolink is the largest provider of digital publication for newspapers and magazines in the EU. Helping (media) clients reap the benefits of always being in touch with their data, and also making analysis, at the right level for today’s business environment. Helping clients see how their organization can learn from their data through goal-oriented analysis efforts.I helped in building a new and refined onboarding strategy for the business intelligence unit at Visiolink. The BI-unit had just recently been merged with the company and was very new. The sales suffered from an inconsistency in customer interaction. I helped create a new and revised customer journey. It was devised from interviews with key employees and customers, highlighting the main customer pains.I was behind some products being discontinued and some being priced differently. I created new products to meet customer needs and build better company earnings. These new guidelines were fundamental to the future growth of the BI-unit. It has later on managed to boost its sales significantly and become one of the main pillars for future revenue streams within Visiolink.
