Currently working independently with several public and private organizations to address public health issues, local economic development needs, and overall process improvement. Have worked independently in analytics, process improvement and six sigma development for a few years (off and on since 2005).Current key efforts include addressing the overdose epidemic, researching opportunities for local sourcing initiatives and streamlining data collection and analysis for the Bureau of Health. Areas of work include process mapping, designing metrics, data collection and analysis, supply chain strategy, project management, team facilitation, general process improvement and problem solving.Clients/partners include Lutheran Social Services, Magnesita Refractories, York/Adams Drug and Alcohol Commission, County of York, York City Bureau of Health, Wellspan Health, Center for Community Engagement, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort, Cedar City Chamber of Commerce (2005) and others.

Currently a tenured assistant professor teaching classes in business analytics, supply chain management, process improvement, lean systems, operations research, six sigma, modeling and optimization.Part of the group that developed our Supply Chain Operations Major, which has been recognized by students and their employers as "probably the best Supply Chain degree for undergraduates in the known universe".

Under direction of professors, led team of six graduate students in fulfilling duties such as grading, record-keeping, and leading student help sessions for mass lectures.Taught two full courses of undergraduate Operations Management during the summer of 2007 to a total of about 40 students.
