I lead the departments of planning, inspections, installations and customer service, and am also responsible for the supporting departments procurement, partner management, customer happiness, quality, and HR. With a strong focus on process optimization and collaboration, I ensure that all elements align seamlessly so we can effectively achieve our mission of making the energy transition accessible to everyone.

My team is responsible for the parcel delivery of the various Bol.com carriers, steering on delivery quality, costs and capacity. Furthermore we provide essential contributions to the contract negotiations, logistical delivery projects and the (IT) innovation roadmaps.

Coaching and steering a team of 25 innovation leads within the inbound warehousing domain. Our team is working on multiple projects focusing on quality, productivity and capacity of the inbound processes.

Fast growing independent social and sustainable parcel delivery network• Coordinated transition from start-up to scale up (5 --> 60 FTE, 800 --> 400.000 parcels/month, 500 --> 1800 Homerr locations, 15 mln revenue), being the 3th largest PUDO network in NL and BE.• Responsible for operational strategy, operational processes and quality. Optimization of customer care processes, network development, data & reporting, replenishment processes, commercial and operational stakeholder management.• Set-up the initial sorting- distribution, and IT-processes and supporting internal departments.• Extended NL network to France with NL-FR partnership, build up and implemented new network in Belgium.

E-commerce start-up offering IT solutions to logistical companies• Responsible for operations, customer care, new business, finance and project management• Extending UK business model to Germany and Italy, organising processes, managing international e-commerce suppliers, partners and customers• Structuring and optimising internal planning and processes

• E2E responsibility of International Returns, (functional) management of a team of 14 people, yearly revenue of approximately €10 mln euros revenue.• Defining and executing clear strategy for international (return) products in order to achieve growth in revenue, margin-protection and a strategic, cohesive portfolio fitted to business needs in market.• Implemented a new multicarrier e-commerce IT platform, including the roll-out in 7 countries and training of the European stakeholders, enabling them to meet their targets.• Rolled out a specialised, recently aquired E-commerce platform MyParcel.com in 3 countries.• Educating and training sales force on product portfolio and accompany account managers on customer visits.

• Responsible for complex company broad change projects, some using Lean Six Sigma. one won a best-in-class price.• Provide in-house training for operational excellence, project management skills and brainstorms: LSS Orange Belt, stakeholder management, project communication etc.• 1,5 year Interim Manager of 2 departments: Facilities and Quality, Health and Safety, 5 FTE. Restructured these departments, implementation of facility management system, organizing tenders of large facility partners (>€500.000,- p/y).

First months in Netherlands: 0,2 FTE, 4 months in Malawi: 1 FTE• Project to optimize the logistical WFP strategy, employed through the Corporate Responsibility Programme of PostNL• Activities: identifying main logistical challenges, assembling project team, objectives and planning, presenting progress and results to main stakeholders, start of implementation results. Main results: synchronization of 2 separate logistical flows, building of new depot in the North, yearly savings of $140.000,-• Organization of workshops for logistical WFP staff: identifying KPI’s, process design, work processes
