One step closer.My earlier career paths started with joining the product team in various organizations -- from telco and fintech to media companies, primarily in product analysis and evaluation roles.In mid-2020, I made a significant career shift by joining B/NDL Studios—a Creative Boutique as part of The Jakarta Post Group—and transitioning from a product role to digital marketing. This move was a strategic decision to expand my skills and broaden my perspective.As of January 2023, I further diversified my expertise by taking on a data intelligence and business analysis role. The journey became even more challenging when, by July 2024, I was promoted to Operations Manager. Hopefully, this new journey will have a greater impact on my organization and society, and I am excited to see the positive changes I can bring.My driving force is a deep-seated passion for helping every organization member make more informed and impactful decisions.
