Mr. Van Winkle served as Manager in Deloitte’s Federal Healthcare Strategy and Operations Practice with over 10 years of experience in strategy, process improvement, crisis management and performance measurement across all levels of Federal Healthcare Organizations. He has extensive experience working in hospitals to identify and implement patient care related improvements working with providers, administrators, third-party care partners, and executive leadership. Past experiences have included enhancing the financial accountability of hospitals, improving performance within the Emergency and Primary Care Departments, and implementing quick wins related to coordinated care relationships. Mr. Van Winkle brings unique experiences that connect executive level strategy to field level implementation.
