Duties & Responsibilities: Project management: From order placement, costing analysis, attending the kick off meeting, health and safety and risk analysis, the execution of the build, the dealings with the client, customer and community, the quality assurance up to the delivery of the link. Signing of all relevant documentation with the client and processing the invoice for payment. Handing over to the client. Weekly meetings with client, feedback on progress to stakeholders and customers. Follow up on issues and resolving obstacles in build process. Meetings with land lords, council and wayleave departments in order to get build in progress.
