Administered all on-campus recruitment activities including preparing and conducting appropriate activities for all campus events and interview processes. Coordinated a targeted sourcing strategy utilizing various recruitment tools including social media, Handshake, Simplicity, and internal databases. Assisted internal leadership with appropriate candidate selection and served as the central point of contact throughout hiring process. Provided guidance to candidates throughout the full cycle recruiting process including assisting new hires with their on-boarding experience.

Assisted in mortgage recruiting efforts, including drafting offers and maintaining requisitions. Engaged in the full recruiting cycle for the consumer banking network in the Tennessee market. Piloted a consumer progression initiative which helps to facilitate associates in the consumer banking network move into the next level within the consumer banking staffing model.

Developed strategies to add diversity into our Emerging Talent Program. Presented to senior leadership my findings and recommendations based extensive research completed throughout my summer project. Gained exposure to various Human Resources departments, learned about the financial services industry and accumulated several transferable technical skill sets including, but not limited to; communication, problem solving, and team work. Participated in networking and team building activities to strengthen internal partnerships.
