Coming back to Transducers Direct has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my career. Since returning, I’ve focused on reconnecting with existing clients and exploring new business opportunities, securing significantly more sales vs target — most of which is recurring. What I enjoy most in this role is the collaboration. I work closely with our engineering team, and together, we’ve created customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. One standout project involved adapting a product that resulted in landing a very high profile account —a direct result of listening carefully to the customer’s needs and developing a solution just for them.I’ve also taken on a leadership role within the sales team, offering training and support to ensure we hit our aggressive growth targets. Whether it’s brainstorming new strategies or jumping in to troubleshoot issues, I’m always focused on finding ways to create value—for both our customers and the team.

At EXAIR, I dove into a new industry, quickly picking up the technical expertise needed to assist clients.
