• Review annuity applications from financial advisors to ensure ‘in good order’ status before submitting application to specific insurance carriers • Communication with financial advisors to provide necessary requirements for annuity applications during the review process• Responsible for submitting all applications via email or mail to insurance carriers daily• Prepare mid-day and end of day reports of business received, held, or submitted for annuity and life insurance• Process and submit all miscellaneous items pertaining to applications submitted such as checks, transfer documents, beneficiary forms, policy delivery receipt, etc, to insurance carriers• Process daily Issued Business reports from multiple carriers• Maintain room in which all business is received and submitted.
