Doubled year over year revenue three times, averaged $1.5MM of revenue per year for the last 3 years of operation. Completed over 1,100 installations, generating 10.7MM lbs annual carbon emission reductions (the carbon equivalent of not burning 546,000 gallons of gas/year). Hired & managed team of up to 35 employees and built culture rooted in core values of integrity, efficiency, and balance. Managed operations, finance, and marketing; developing systems and putting into place process and protocol. Developed sales talent and partnerships, while personally closing over $900K in sales.

Led development of a multi-phase $24 million class A office park from pre-construction through sale. Championed green building principles and spearheaded sustainability-focused programs. Navigated city approvals, performed leasing and marketing functions, and bid and hired $100K in annual services. Managed 150,000 sq ft. of community retail space; coordinated professional services for property improvements and generated city council cooperation for redevelopment projects resulting in tenant origination, renewals, and expansions.
