Create the roadmap for all technology initiatives.• All hardware and software procurement, installation, configuration and deployment.• All server maintenance, upgrades, updates in both Physical and Virtual environments.• Ensuring that our remote workers have reliable and secure connections, allowing them to work from client locations and at home, easily replicating the in-office experience.• Ensuring the reliability and security of the backup systems and Disaster recovery procedures.• Managing a team of data archivists propelling our efforts towards a paperless office forward.Operations:• Responsible for all staff movement within the office. This includes, but is not limited to, the administration and maintenance of all servers and desktops systems, ensuring that the daily backup has been run successfully, testing new software to ensure compatibility with the current setup, providing initial and ongoing training to all employees, and updating and monitoring the company’s three websites and intranet.
