You will work with the global solutions team to ensure a 12 month rolling roadmap to launch and support new releases and updates on a quarterly basis.Voice of the customer: Champion the customer and understand their needs in how solutions are taken to market, you will ensure use cases/customer problems statements are identified as part of each solutions based on competitor and market insights. You will lean on a range of data points to make decisions about how the solution should be launched to our target personas.Campaign delivery: Owns the quarterly campaign cycle from launch to tracking and reporting ROI for a particular solution.
