I have worked in communications and marketing for Oklahoma Electric Cooperative (OEC) since 2010 and currently hold the title of Manager of Marketing & Member Relations (MMR). I lead an incredible team of communicators and program managers who are dedicated to providing exceptional member service to OEC's 45,000+ members. OEC's MMR team manages the production of all print and digital communications — internal and external — social media engagement, advertising, campaign development, communications strategy, key accounts, community outreach, energy efficiency programming, youth and leadership programming and more.I also conduct freelance newsletter production and other creative work through Creative Cues. Primarily a blog and podcast, Creative Cues serves as my space to share ideas and resources I’ve gathered throughout my career in cooperative communications and as a working parent so those like me can create time for what matters most — both personally and professionally. The content I share includes advice on time and content management, branding and design, and communications.
