Led, mentored and developed on a number of software projects for healthcare and engineering companies. Most projects were cloud-hosted and developed with .NET Core, React.js, Azure SQL or PostgreSQL.

Responsible for development and maintenance of over thirty public/private web applications and API’s. These solutions used a mix of Azure and on-premise hosting deployed via Azure DevOps. The application stack was everything from Classic ASP through .NET Core with a primary focus on C#.- Led a multi-year project uplifting tech stacks on several legacy applications. I created roadmaps and estimates for the different phases of the project. This included identifying other platforms already used by the company that could perform the same functionality.- Created a freight calculation API with real-time Google mileage lookups which will recoup the company thousands each year in under-billing. - Increased performance and stability of legacy websites and API’s. I did this by implementing Azure Queues, Azure Functions and utilizing caches.- Setup Azure DevOps pipelines for all the applications the team supports.- Acted as SCRUM master and mentor on the team.

My primary responsibilities included creating proposals, writing technical scopes of work and leading teams of developers to deliver projects. Since this was consulting, every project was different and required quickly learning new tech stacks.- Created e-commerce websites from scratch with heavy data integrations via the client’s API’s.- Utilized several CMS, such as Kentico, Sitefinity, Umbraco and SharePoint, to create corporate websites.- Wrote customer service chat bots for several platforms: Facebook, Slack, SMS texts and browsers.- Created a video upload and viewing portal for the rating and mentoring of educators. This utilized AWS Windows VM’s with load balancing and video transcoding.- Populated data lakes and other repositories to support clients’ reporting and analytics needs in a wide variety of industries.

Consulted at VML on a short-term Java project for Sprint’s marketing department.

- Developed pieces of the United Kingdom's "Choose & Book" patient scheduling site, www.chooseandbook.nhs.uk.- Integrated Cerner’s imaging solution into the billing system with real-time conversion of insurance forms to PDF.

- Worked with a team of developers on the initial version of the Ernst & Young ‘eSecurityOnline Advisor’ stand-alone network security appliance.- Designed and developed a web-based backup/restore application for the network appliance. - Developed a verification system used by all the network appliances that validated license keys with servers on a regular basis.- Wrote numerous ASP pages for reports and the management of the network appliance.

- Designed and developed a large scale VoiceXML/web platform capable of thousands of concurrent phone calls.- Developed VoiceXML application for Ernest & Young that retrieved emails and voicemails from their servers and played them back over the phone.- Developed several VXML applications that did reverse phone number lookups and recorded customer information into .wav files for a transcription service to process.

- Architect and team lead responsible for the design and development of a large-scale B2B/B2C e-commerce platform which included: order, catalog, pricing, transaction, search, company, user and role management tools. This platform was developed with Classic ASP, VB libraries and SQL Server.- Participated in sales/design meetings with project managers and clients to scope and price projects.

- Designed and developed many different pieces of a large-scale e-commerce system for Windows and Java platforms.- Integrated Xerox with Chase & Co. B2B marketplace using Metiom interfaces.- Modified C++ transaction-processing components to integrate with 3rd party commission software.- Developed C++ components and ASP pages to integrate with 3rd party search engine.
