As a software trainer for Qualifacts, I am responsible for working with new agencies and helping them learn how to navigate the CareLogic software. This position allows me to help adults feel more comfortable with the transition to their new electronic clinical record (ECR) platform. In addition to training users, I am also responsible for developing and delivering client-facing webinars.Previous to software training, I taught as a secondary educator for over a decade. My colleagues would describe me as a proven and reliable secondary educator. I believe that my successes as an educator are due to adaptability, work ethic, organization, and proactiveness. In addition to being a dependable team-oriented candidate, my experiences working with all extremes of parents, students, and colleagues have developed my interpersonal skills necessary to build quality and healthy relationships. My experience in education has also heightened my ability to quickly grasp new processes and information.Over this decade, I taught middle and high school students large ensemble music classes. My relevant career highlights include ten straight years of “highly effective” evaluations and designing musical curriculum for the school district during the 2020 pandemic. I also have developed and managed an objective tracking system for students, allowing me to monitor day to day progress on over 3,000 performance objectives each year. Assessing, managing student objectives, and evaluating 350 students each week has been my normal routine.
