Promoted in this role to manage HR Compliance initiatives for the US, oversee executive onboarding program and provide direct HR support to all corporate employees. Managed a team of 2 employees in the US and 5 employees in the Philippines.Primary HR contact for corporate office and remote executives. Delivered the full spectrum of HR services and support including employee relations investigations, recommending appropriate disciplinary actions, managing annual reviews and pay increases, resolve pay discrepancies, administer leaves, FMLA, ADA and EEO programs, new hire orientations, maintain employee files, and provide direct support during annual benefits enrollment. Assisted in the launch of new platforms for Background Checks, Drug Screens, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and I9/E-Verity across 34 locations. Key player to help secure $6.2MM in tax credits in 2019 and estimated ~$7MM for 2020. Solely responsible for reducing client fines, related to contract compliance, from >$4MM to $1MM in 2017, with further reductions of fines down to <$25K in 2018 and 2019. Collaborated with senior business leaders, corporate legal and HR Operations teams in managing through organizational restructure and execution of a reduction in force. Helped facilitate a reduction of ~60 employees by acting as liaison between business leaders, internal legal counsel, and HR leadership. Led reduction in force calls as the primary HR contact, ensuring a consistent process was followed and timely payout of severance was executed.Led the development and launch of a streamlined onboarding process at the executive level. Reduced time to start from >3 weeks to <1 week through automation and elimination of unnecessary steps. Partnered with hiring managers and corporate legal team in drafting offer letters.

Delivered the full spectrum of HR services and support including employee relations investigations, recommending appropriate disciplinary actions, resolve pay discrepancies, administer leaves, FMLA, ADA and EEO programs, new hire orientations, maintain employee files, and provide direct support during annual benefits enrollment.Collaborated with call center leadership and recruiting lead, to strategically align for increased hiring efforts of a new line of business at the site. Participated at off-site recruiting events to support interviews and make job offers. Assisted HR Leadership and Business Leaders to support site acquisition in another state to minimize impact on existing employees. Coordinated efforts at the site during corporate social responsibility initiatives to collect food, clothing, and hygiene items for the surrounding communities. Sponsored other events for employees to participate in blood donations, and school supplies drives. Hosted on-site event to provide immediate relief to local communities in need of food for ~800 families.
