I believe in hard work and building working relationships. I believe that a strong relationship between companies or clients must prove to be mutually beneficial - and I work to ensure that this is the case! If the client cannot find the value in a relationship, then it is doomed to fail! A happy client is one who believes they are receiving more than they put into the relationship. As my official role as Technical Support Manager, I oversee service and training documentation, and provide direct support to customers and distributors across the world. I actively work with our RnD team to make sure our customers and sales teams are provided with everything they need to sell and support our tools as they evolve.I also work with sales teams around the world to make sure they have the technical support and knowledge available to fit our product into as many applications as possible. I work closely with key customers to ensure our products are suited correctly for their applications and are used safely.
