• Planned, coordinated and execute 6 retail demo content updates during 2017 and 2018 for the Oculus Rift Retail Demo program.• Planned, coordinated and execute the Oculus Go Retail Demo program for the launch of the product in May 2018 as well as 1 content update 5 months later. • Drove the evaluation, selection, and developer coordination and creation of 21 retail demo apps for the Oculus Rift and Oculus Go. • Guide content developers through retail demo best practices, serving as a resource on how to make great demos for Oculus’s various demo installations.• Managed the timeline for content refreshes, ensuring that developers, engineering, QA, technical partners, and retail partners were aligned and operating on schedule.• Managed day to day relationships with technical support partners, ensuring that troubleshooting issues are triaged appropriately within Oculus QA, engineering, and third-party developers.• Worked with technical partners to improve the efficiency of the demo distribution and maintenance, overseeing the timeline, testing, and launch for upcoming third-party software updates.• Provided technical program documentation on end-to-end best practices, including hardware selection, software setup, maintenance, and updates for internal and external partners• Covered QA for retail demo by identifying and documenting software bugs, and enacting solutions for the most urgent issues with the assistance of internal producers and external content developers as well as coordinated with Oculus QA team and Developer Relations teams for additional support as needed. • Drive the technical component of the first eSports VR tournament which features The Unspoken in partnership with the Microsoft Retail Stores.
