Managed a team responsible for maintaining efficient processes for the fulfillment of over 25,000 IT services requests for the Sherwin Williams Company. IT requests included requests for Hardware, Software and related peripherals. The team and I redesigned many processes increasing the overall productivity for the team by automating tasks through the use of Oracle and MS SharePoint workflows. Directly managed the people, technology and process for multiple, large deployment projects.

Managed a team responsible for the evaluation and assignment of inbound IT service requests for the Enterprise Configuration team. Our team processed over 16000 requests a year. I was responsible for the managing the daily operations of the team making sure we consistently met or exceeded any established service level targets or agreements.
