Promoted from assistant editor to online editor to manage, write, edit, and curate all editorial content on Oceana's international website and regional websites as needed. Ran and oversaw Oceana's blogs on the international and U.S. websites, including writing and editing daily blogs that feature Oceana's Save the Oceans, Feed the World campaign and current fisheries and marine policy related news. Worked closely with executive staff to write editorials for national news sites, as well as science and policy staff to accurately translate their work for a lay audience. Managed temporary employees and interns on the editorial team.
