As an experienced high-performance coach and physiologist, I have spent over 20 years working with elite athletes, coaches, and support staff. My previous roles include Senior Physiologist, Head of Science, and Head of Endurance at the English Institute of Sport and British Athletics. I spent 7 years supporting Sir Mo Farah to 4 Olympic, 6 World, and 5 European Gold medals while coaching at 13 World Championships and 2 Olympic Games. Recently, I served as Head Coach for the Aspire Academy endurance program and Head of Physiology.Currently, I am the Head Coach for the national Athletics team at the Saudi Olympic Training Centre, building world-leading systems for major championship success.I hold a Doctorate in High Performance and a First-Class Honours Degree in Physiology.
