Currently hold the Lead Systems Engineer position for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Lightning II Program Office (JPO). The F-35 is an all-weather, fifth generation, stealth, multi-role strike fighter aircraft developed for the USAF, DON, USMC, and being sold to 15 additional countries. Lead Exportability Engineer: Duties include providing systems engineering support to the F-35 Joint Program Office to ensure that the F-35 Aircraft, Weapons, and Supporting Systems are built to the proper exportable configuration before leaving the United States for delivery to foreign customers. Over 40 configurations of Air Vehicle Software and 18 Full Mission Pilot Training Simulators were reviewed from FY18-20. These efforts attributed to the successful exportation of over 300 units of aircraft to 10 countries in during this time span. This equates to approximately $19.2 Billion in total acquisition. Export certification and declaration is the final approval step before aircraft delivery.Project Manager – Product Specification: Project Manager for the F-35 Product Functional Specification (PFS) effort. PEO and Director of Engineering initiative seeking to establish the F-35 Program’s first technical baseline of the F-35 air system by capturing achieved performance verified during the System Development and Demonstration phases. The PFS is the primary artifact in Production contracts to functionally define each configuration of the JSF Air System in order to achieve DD-250 concurrence during DCMA’s Final Production Inspections. Complied and manage over 5,000 Tier 1-3 requirements from 30 different development efforts within the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program into one Production Specification Document. This served as the final configuration of the air system

I worked under the project executive to ensure construction was executed on schedule, to proper specifications, and within budget.The Orchard Salisbury – Student Housing Apartments: Clark Builders Group provided General Contracting services for the construction of luxury student housing apartments for Salisbury University located in Salisbury, MD. $23MM firm-fixed contract with 4.0% fee earned at completion. This project included 8 apartment buildings (204 units) and a clubhouse. Project design included a garden-style wood-framed structure with concrete slab on grade. The owner and developer was GMH Capital Partners. The Architect was Niles Bolton Associates. Project turnover was July 2013 and Clark earned an additional .25% profit bonus for completing the $1.2 MM clubhouse ahead of schedule.

I previously held the position as project engineer and superintendent with L-3 Communications for the Warner Robins Air Force Base Intrusion Detection System Upgrade Installation. The scope of the project entailed the installation of buried line ground sensors, pan-tilt-zoom cameras, fiber-optic cable and power infrastructure; integration of security cameras, infra-red detection devices, and fiber optic security fence sensors per AFI-31-101 PL2 security standards. I obtained the responsibility as the civil engineering subject matter expert, performing the quality assurance of the engineering design, performing associated structural analysis, and creating reports for all engineering change orders.

I previously held the position at L-3 as the lead field engineer for the AJO-1 Sector on the SBInet project with the Boeing Company as the prime contractor and the Department of Homeland Security/US Customs and Border Patrol as the customer. Networks of sensor towers were built to secure the Mexican/United States border from illegal immigration and narcotics trafficking. I acted as the subject matter expert in the field for all civil engineering, concrete foundations, structural implementation, and site work activities.
