- Managed a large volume fiber overlay initiative to provide local businesses access to Windstream Fiber. Directly supervised 8 Field Teams dispatched to 5 states, Each Team was assigned a Project Leader and reported status reports daily. Each OSP Team was responsible for providing detailed Field Notes and staking sheets for each project route for the Design and Drafting Team. Designed routes were majorly Aerial to be cost effective, however, designs also included buried and underground, utilizing existing conduit where available. DOT and RR permits were also submitted for approval and uploaded in the appropriate internal program for Windstream . All Field Teams were required to maintain and submit a daily productivity log, along with submitting time and expenses to be approved for Payroll. Assessed and quickly learned the proprietary software provided by Windstream, such as Job Trac, Job Trac Proper, WinBuy, and many other internal WS Apps. Trained Support Staff in the programs to expedite the input of data, permits and final invoicing. - Managed Projects contracting with ATT, covering Mid, Southwest and Central regions of Texas. Compiled and submitted weekly Bid requests to generate new business contracts. Projects included large multiple HTTP design in West and Central Texas, manhole detail drawings, road moves and easement accrual. Submitted, managed and followed up on all permits: TXDOT, Austin Energy, Oncor, and any Rail Road Entities . Attended meetings and maintained a positive relationship with the City of Austin, DAPCZ, and surrounding Austin Municipalities.

Austin, Texas Area

- Responsible and Managed areas in South Texas, concentrating in Austin,and San Antonio. Oversaw West Texas Area with large volume in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland and Abilene contracting with AT&T, Manged Field Teams and approved design routes for fiber placement. Attended all field and quality meetings ensuring a conducive relationship with all AT&T Area Engineers and municipalities to ensure rapid permit approvals. - Reviewed, Quality Checked and Approved all AutoCAD drawn work prints before final project submission. Worked extensively in high level software platforms such as AutoCAD, Microstation, Bentley, Visio and all Microsoft Office programs. - Authored and implemented Training materials for incoming OSP Field staff and AutoCAD Draft Designers. Conducted daily staff meetings and attended Director Weekly Status Report meetings with the Company Area Managers across the Midwest Region.

Houston, Texas Area

Managed the Super Bowl Initiative as one of the Contractors for Zayo. Responsible for overseeing the development and design of Fiber placement in Clusters throughout the City of Houston. Hired and Supervised an elite group of AutoCAD designers assigned specifically for their select skill set, in providing accurate Civil Plans that were hand delivered weekly to the City of Houston Permitting Department for plan set approval. Worked extensively with the PE Engineer being utilized to review, sign and seal all Plan Sets to be submitted to the City of Houston, and all other surrounding Municipalities.- Worked very closely with the COH Utility Department Head Engineers to acquire and expedite permit approvals.

Lubbock, Texas Area

- Provided Field Design and Drafted projects to place fiber optic cable for all infrastructure and fiber routes for ATT. Including FTTB, FTTP, and various large BAU projects such as road moves, Man Hole Detail Butterfly Drawings, and large fiber backbone projects.- Generated engineering plans for the placement of AT&T fiber and copper cable, using AutoCAD 3D Maps, ATT's proprietary software OPTI NT, and other MS Office and Google programs.- Engineered, compiled and submitted all TXDOT ROW permits, Union Pacific RR permit documentation and all Joint Use pole permit notifications. - Performed an extensive Quality review for all projects submitted from the AutoCAD drafters, to ensure the delivery of an accurate, high quality product to the customer.

Lubbock, Texas Area

- Supervised and coordinated construction crews on incoming projects to place cable and fiber contracting with Sudden Link Communications. Crews trenched, bored, pulled through conduit and placed cable aerially to provide service to the customer. - Oversaw the day to day administrative duties, including invoicing, payroll, employee hire information, and internal paperwork.- Department liaison to Suddenlink OSP Managers, maintaining project management spreadsheets that comprised of scheduling, tracking and job completion. - Responsible for all 811 One Call utility locates and Right of Way permits with the City of Lubbock for all construction work.

Lubbock, Texas Area

Provided support for Construction and OSP Drop Supervisors. Construction placed Conduit, Fiber, and CATV Cable in Aerial, Underground and Buried plant.

Cincinnati, Ohio Area

Lead Project Consultant and Training Developer. Assessed software solutions for major corporations, then developed and implemented custom courseware, in house train the trainer and follow up job aids and email support.

Overland Park, Ks

Contracted with ExecuTrain Kansas City to Instruct software rollout to large companies in the surrounding area. Trained company employees all levels of Microsoft Office platforms and programming software to IT department. Developed and led classroom instruction for in house trainers to implement and train future software upgrades to their employees.

Albuquerque, New Mexico Area

Managed and coordinated Instructors with classroom based software training. Worked directly with companies and the sales team to customize classroom courseware specifically for their needs. Personally led software instruction for New Mexico State Agencies such as ,NM Highway Department, Licensing and Regulation, Department of Transportation. Kirkland Air force Base, Department of Energy, New Mexico State Police Department are also a few high security agencies that I was involved directly with their software education needs.
