- Maintained a full req load of Engineering/Product/Data related searches- Led a team of 8 recruiters/sourcers/coordinators- Defined competencies for behavioral interviewing for Product and Engineering orgs - Collaborated with other members of the broader people team (Total Rewards, Global Mobility, HR) for projects related to onboarding, job descriptions, career ladders, and compensation - Tracked recruiting metrics and OKRs and proactively communicated progress to SLT

- Partnered with leadership from Engineering, Product, UX, Research, and Data orgs to identify and prioritize hiring needs- Developed and implemented processes related to People Team onboarding, interview calibration, and offer strategy.- Created and maintained a repository of training materials and resources utilized by the TA team- 40% of all hires made in first 4 quarters were diverse candidates

- Supported the Product Management Organization through close partnerships with hiring managers and product leadership.- Developed and installed an updated interview format for Technical PM’s which resulted in a 40% increase in conversion/pass-through rates for TPM candidates- Maintained a 95% offer acceptance rate for the Indeed Incubator- As Pod PM for Product recruiting, I facilitated and lead weekly meetings around key initiatives/projects while removing roadblocks and obstacles for my teammates. In addition I provided guidance and prioritization for our sourcing and coordination teams
