NBA Championship winning on-air personality, providing expertise and analysis to a variety of sports programming related to draft, free agency, trade deadline as well as individual and team performances.

With a career filled with unique NBA experience, Williams was selected to restructure the department and organizational roster management plan and general day-to-day management of basketball operations.

Integral to the 76er’s front office, beginning as GM of Minor League Operations, then 76ers Chief of Staff, and ultimately 76ers VP of Basketball Administration. Serving as the lead supporting matters of recruiting, staffing, prospect evaluation, contract negotiations, player development, security, and player services, while building a pipeline of talent through the Affiliation system with the minor league.

Oversaw the league's on-court activities, including the development of regular-season and playoff schedules, the management of rule changes, and the enforcement of player conduct standards and discipline. Worked closely with USA Basketball and FIBA, the International Basketball Federation, to promote the game's growth.
