A HOPE is an animal advocacy and welfare organization who specializes in neonate kittens and domesticated rats due to the high numbers falling into the lifesaving gap. Our organization fills that gap with leadership, education, and experience in order to show our communities that we are capable of more than killing. Animals are there for us when no one else is. We rely on them for so many emotional and physical services and commitments yet we still consider them to be "property". This organization is making a difference every day by acting upon our words and proving there is a way. The southern states are working together to create change. Here in the panhandle of Florida....Santa Rosa County....we are bonded by our love for animals. In 2017, 4,058 animals were killed in Milton, Florida's animal shelter. That was the year we said "never again". This promise has been an infectious pile of proof that knows no boundaries... not even something as invisible as county lines.
