From that experience, I have developed a three-step rule that allows me to hit and exceed goals every single time. Rule one, discover the UVP of the company and build assets to promote that UVP to the right target audience. Rule two, develop a lead attribution model so that you can learn what is happening within your programs. Then that attribution model will allow me to pivot quickly so that I can hit and exceed my target goals. The final rule is to work with the sales and marketing teams to help align the two departments together. By accomplishing rule three, you can quickly hit sales numbers and exceed their sales goals.
