Create a plan of approach for implementing new features and services and write value add documents for management of the customer.

Guarding the direction of the project technically and aligning the different sub projects on consistency, security and interoperability. Performing QA of the delivered building blocks and review the code from different suppliers.

Providing a custom training for the 3rd line project engineers of VelzArt, with the AZ103 as a solid foundation. Guiding participants through hands-on exercises in the afternoon, varied with in depth discussions about decisions for standards and governance of their customers' subscriptions.

With the team, responsible for the secure migration of a select number of datacenter hosted services towards Office365 and Azure and assuring a solid connectivity solution for the Enterprise between their datacenter and Microsoft services, based on agreements between the customer and Microsoft.

In the role of principal consultant, I dedicate myself to a few high-intensity clients and oversee the development of a small number of Inspark technical consultants. When I'm not working for customers I like to constantly innovate myself, where I currently chair the Dutch 'Experts Live' community. ACS AudioVisual Solutions is an audiovisual company, specialized in the international congresmarket en offers her clients complete soulutions for their events.IT is becoming an increasing larger part of the facilities requested by organisers and participants. My work consisted of: - The assembling of hardware products(HP, Dell, Cisco, Asus, etc)- Installation of software (OS, Office, Adobe, etc. through images and installation) - The design, roll-out and monitoring of networks based on UTP and/or optic fibre.- The preparation of hardware for temporary deployment with earlier prepared ghost-images- Managing temporary workplaces of organisation, press and participants.Configurations varied between 75 and 600 systems on premise, based on Microsoft Windows products and an occasional Apple computer.At larger conferences, where focus on IT was needed, I was succesfully used as a projectleader, dealing with all issues from pre- and after-sales until the arrival of the trailer back in Amsterdam.

My main task was to service, install, decommission and upgrade Point of Sale systems.

I kept an eye on the financial aspects and costing of the work performed.I conducted a lot of meetings for national and local permits and made forecasts for needed materials.

I was trained and seconded by Detron to KPN Netwerkbouw in Rijswijk, The Netherlands. As a telecommunication engineer, I was responsible for the quality and the technical feasibility of extensions or renewals of fiber optics infrastructures. I kept an eye on the financial aspects and costing of the work performed.I was involved in very specific projects of KPN, regarding the copper network of the Dutch Roadside assistance (WegenWacht), surrounding the build of the HSL High speed rail connection. I conducted a lot of meetings for national and local permits and made forecasts for needed materials.

As a driver of the command group of the supply platoon, my main responsibility was to get people and material from A to B. I regularly drove high ranking officers to national and international meetings. One of the highlights in my military career was my tour in Kosovo, just after the ending of the war. I was part of the K-FOR 1 enforcement group, located in Orahovac, near the city of Prizren. My unit was responsible for the safety in the area, to identify victims and support the rebuilding efforts in the region.
