Running for a Better Oakland (RBO) is a non-profit organization that encourages Kindergarten-12th grade Oakland students to develop healthy lifestyles through running. By providing training and encouragement, RBO helps students build confidence and set goals, giving them tools for achievement and hard work they can draw on in all areas of their lives.

Sort these sheets into correct binders and bring them to practice each week.• Estimate total number of RBO runners for each race and how many of them will need transportation, secure transportation as required. Communicate and enforce RBO policiesaround transportation.• Transport equipment to and from events, organize equipment in storage unit to maximize limited space, perform preventative maintenance on equipment.• Coordinate with race organizers to secure as many race entries as possible for RBO runners and plan race day operations.• Source, store, and distribute healthy snacks for students and volunteers• Communicate RBO payment policies, collect and track volunteer payments, send follow up messages to runners who did not pay.
