I currently serve as the head of the Product Technology Group at Chief. Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Experience Officer, my role involves spearheading our technology strategy and fostering innovation across our platform. In this capacity I provide leadership and direction to our Engineering, Salesforce, Site Reliability Engineering, and IT/Infrastructure Teams.

In this role I lead the Software Engineering teams responsible for building Chief's member-facing sites and apps, member experience (such as meetups and events), 1:1 and group communication, and digital groups and conversations.

I lead a team a developers who have conceived of, architected and developed Largo , a prototyping platform built to facilitate rapid front end development of concepts for the eBay Buyer Experience for desktop, mobile, and tablet and around the planet.http://largo.ebay.comI exist to make rapid, iterative prototyping play a much larger part of the product design and evolution process at eBay. Through tools, people and best practices we make collaboration easier and therefor more successful between design and development. In the process of doing these things at eBay I've designed products, helped architect our platform, built a team, and helped change a very large product organization to be more agile and effective.
