NGFS has originated over 6,000 reverse mortgages without a loan repurchase or rejected HUD Mortgage Insurance Certificate. Additionally manage the 1st Mariner Bank Specialty Lending department. Responsibilities include creation and operations of the 1st Mariner Bank Branch referral program, mortgage website design and production for all mortgage loan officers; outsource insurance opportunities with mortgage customers to create additional revenue opportunities, Develop and manage and Homeownership Counseling program for Mortgage Company and overall operations and production of the Specialty Lending Department’s Reverse Mortgage program. Successfully installed European Accounting System to establish conformity with parent.• Developed and implemented a variety of cost saving procedures; reduced inflated payroll by $237,000; reassigned insurance benefits program to realize a 24% savings to P&L; installed a new documentation system complete with training and manual.• Directed labor negotiations with Teamsters Union, which realized a 4% increase to labor costs per year over a three-year period while retaining complete management rights.• Developed a multi-faceted cost study detailing long-range plans for the establishment of a U.S. manufacturing plant; set a program into motion which resulted in the selection of a new plant location and construction of a new facility.• Coordinated the submission of a $1.5 million Industrial Revenue Bond issued by county government.

Oversaw capacity planning and forecasting to meet international production requirements. Directed export scheduling. Scheduled machine utilization; developed and implemented inventory controls; prioritized workloads.• Designed and initiated Quality Control System which increased overall efficiency by 40%.• Created a manual MRP System to identify requirements for component parts common to both molds and finished products. The system, which was computer adaptable, stabilized the $3 million work-in-process inventory and reduced finished goods backorder from over $1 million to under $50,000.
