I am a leadership coach with experience coaching tech professionals, lawyers and executives. I believe that everyone deserves to have support. That's why I offer free meditation workshops every week. As a coach, I help professionals like you work through the mental models that keep you stuck and help you unlock the happiness, peace and fulfillment that was always available to you from within. I also have a strong background in both project and product management in SaaS. I led teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions to AM100 law firms, consulting firms and government agencies. I led Blue J’s R&D team to analyze product-market-fit data to develop machine-learning solutions for tax and employment law professionals. I collaborated with users, developers and designers to develop new features.I guided the formation of original and creative solutions, such as Blue J’s Diagramming tool, that has become the most used tax product at Blue J within 4 months of its launch. I bring creative and original thinking to every project. I challenge prior assumptions and barriers. I will find optimal solutions. Blue J’s Smart Diagramming tool is one example of the innovative ideas I helped originate which directly led to a collaboration with KPMG UK, the biggest sales contract in the company's history, and was the impetus for Blue J's expansion into the European market. I have experience growing engagement through thought leadership campaigns. I have written articles and led webinars for a combined audience of over 25,000 individuals. I am passionate about combining my ability to analyze complex data and information with my love of psychology to help professionals thrive. As a former commercial litigator, I advocated for my clients at all stages of their business growth. I advised a range of small, medium and multi-national enterprises and have obtained successful judgments and appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Prior to studying law, I co-developed and co-taught a course on entrepreneurship at the University of Hong Kong. I am tenacious with my goals and thoughtful with my relationships.
