Hi, I am Crystal Williams-Foster, a Fractional Creative Growth Director, a Creative Strategist, and a Performance Creative Consultant. I successfully built and managed my own e-com store and brand, where I developed social media Ads and marketing strategies and focused on Direct Response Marketing. Eventually, my marketing efforts caused the store to scale to over 500k in a year and I began to then take on local small businesses and start-up agencies as clients for my marketing services. Using my degree in psychology paired with key direct response marketing principles, I have been able to help my clients scale their DTC brands and build out high-converting paid media campaigns that increase ROI. Eventually, my own ecom store would scale so fast, and being a single mom I would have to choose between my marketing clientele and my store. In 2022 sold my ecom store and went all in on Psychology and Direct Response Marketing.Now as a freelance consultant, I am able to bridge the gap between my clients their customers, and the performance creative. This includes but is not limited to hiring creators for in-house agencies, coaching creators for my brand, building out the full creative strategy from beginning to end for clients, running the entire paid social department, and analyzing the creative performance post-production.
