At my current workplace in the company specialized in the development and production of electronics - "Nero Electronics" - I have been an electronics engineer for 7 years specializing in general electronics, power electronics, and microcontroller-based designs. Currently, I am participating in the full cycle of product development for high-volume production.Experience and skills1. Ensuring the full cycle of product development - from technical requirements to putting into production:- agreement with technical requirements;- development of the architecture and constructional parts of products;- development of block diagrams / functional diagrams / electrical circuit schematic diagrams of products;- prototyping and breadboarding of the parts of products (if necessary);- development of PCB of electronic modules, taking into account the requirements of the design (case), assembly manufacturability, the economic component of the project, and special requirements (reliability, operating conditions, maintainability, etc.);- preparing design documentation for production;- production support for the life cycle of the product.2. Experience in developing multi-series products (tens, hundreds of thousands of items per year), for which the cost and manufacturability of production are vital parameters.3. Creation of electrical circuit diagrams, which are the basis of electronic modules, based on the deep knowledge of general circuitry, power electronics, microcontroller systems and accumulated work experience (including personal non-commercial projects).4. Developing PCBs of the electronic modules based on the accumulated experience in working with mass-produced products (dozens of completed projects).5. Extensive experience in the development and manufacture of PCBs for product prototypes by milling. Production of printed circuit boards on my own milling CNC machine for personal non-commercial projects. 6. Experience in solid modeling systems such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Fusion 360 in order to assess the compatibility of the case and the electronic module, as well as to develop cases and mechanisms in personal non-commercial projects.7. 3D printing experience (personal 3D printer).8. Experience in using microcontrollers of the STM32 line and main communication interfaces SPI, I2C, UART, USB (for work and for personal non-commercial projects).9. Experience in using and programming microcontrollers Atmel AVR, Arduino.Areas of interest: industrial equipment, power electronics, electric vehicles, automotive electronics, agricultural automation.
