I have 10+ years of experience working in developing people and managing projects. As an Educator and Instructional Coach, I support and encourage others to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviors to enable them to reach their full potential for the wider benefit of the organization. For example, I have helped new and experienced educators become more proficient in content and practice which has led to overall learner growth. I am now ready to take my skills to a new industry. I've managed projects for the department as well as for the whole organization. I've created new systems for scope and task management, as well as create effective lines of communication between stakeholders. I'm deeply passionate about working with organizations to determine a goal and outline the steps, processes and resources to reach those goals. Whether it be by teaching people, developing documentation methods with excellence, or taking big picture ideas and breaking them into smaller, manageable tasks.
