I have a proven track record in resolving and reducing customer complaints and exceeding customer service standards.The hat of an Office Manager has afforded me the opportunity to build and maintain working relationships with our various businesses within the community, partners, vendors and staff. I also efficiently manage internal and external maintenance issues.As a Jobs and Benefits Administrator for the State of Florida I have worn the hat of liaison in the absence of the Director of Customer Service by conducting interviews, direct hiring, training, preparing reports, state audits, managing state programs and providing reemployment services. I pride myself in my ability to recognize, oversee and direct the efforts to develop and implement resources and services that lead to efficient and exceptional customer satisfaction.
