SNOWiQ is an innovative application suite for managing snow removal that allows the Montgomery County Department Of Transportation to dispatch, track, and manage its snowplow fleet and keep the public informed while keeping operating costs down. In addition to managing project delivery, I was also responsible for selecting the technology stack and overall solution architecture.• Managed a team of developers and analysts to design and build CABiQ solution. CABiQ is a real-time taxi tracking and business intelligence solution for local government agencies. Using this system, the DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles gets unprecedented visibility into its entire taxi and limo fleet and its activities, on/off duty status, trip information, payment records, and more, all from one comprehensive platform.• Provided technical leadership in developing enterprise-wide API strategy for the digital transformation of the world's largest drink and brewing conglomerate Anheuser-Busch InBev. In addition to providing an implementation roadmap, I facilitated the API Program governance process by establishing a Center of Excellence and Innovation that would foster the enterprise's API culture and promote best practices.
