In building his sales experience, Marc started his career in the Enterprise Rent-A-Car management training program. He was rapidly promoted to manager of his own location within 1 year based on his individual sales achievements. He led by example and trained his employees to follow his employees how to be successful. Following his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Marc began a new career with FedEx Office. He started on the sales side of the company and eventually switched to management in operations. Marc was in charge of the total revenue brought in by his locations and was responsible for training all of his employees to offer their products and services to all customers. In all of Marc's careers in sales, customer service remained his top priority and was his mission to make sure every customer had an outstanding experience. Marc's next challenge was a finance role for McMaster-Carr. Marc investigated failures in his companies processes and systems and presented his findings to upper management in order to establish trends. Although he enjoyed this position, he decided it was not his passion. Marc took the opportunity to work for Starbucks as a store manager. Starbucks is a company that is thriving and contributes generously to their communities.
