This role manages both salary and union representatives. My team handles replenishment requirements across multiple programs. Specializing in parts requiring subcontract logic in SAP, parts furnished to teammates, Diminishing Manufacturing Supply (DMS) parts, buyer furnished equipment (BFE) for our International Coproducer sites, and parts supplied to sister sites.Our team works to ensure purchase requisitions (PR) are released to procurement lead time away for on time deliveries, help buyers/warehouse resolve grief issues on parts, evaluate excess stock for proper disposition (i.e. - rework configuration, scrap, sell to sustainment), and root cause PRs that resulted in less than full lead time.

The lead contact on the EDSC Demand Controller team. This role provided part span analysis/input for all F-35 major engineering change requests and engineering driven affordability initiatives. This involved coordinating purchase order placement spans with buyers on new parts, reviewing current part health, line of balance, and capacity reviews to ensure accurate supplier lead times are used to forecast future aircraft break ins for the new configuration. I coordinated with the Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Planning, Supply Chain Management, Production Operations, Scheduling, and other departments to ensure full process flow linkage.Also, worked stretch assignments on engineering change simulations to aide program management in making critical decisions.
